Beauty In The Desert

V and I seem to be in a desert place at the moment. Not in the sense that we are being punished, but we find ourselves in a position where we are asking God questions. One mainly, "How did we get here?" Eddie Broussard, Navigators Missionaries, preached at my church about two Sundays and talked about "Beauty In The Desert". What a talk?! It was DOPE. The primary takeaway for me was "God where are you trying to take me that's causing me to go THROUGH here?"

My challenge to everyone is not to ask, "God, why am I here?" but, a) "What do You want me to learn while I'm here?" and b) "Because You have me here God and You are SOVEREIGN; where do You want to take me AFTER THIS?"

Remember, He is Omniscient (all knowing), Omnipresent (everywhere), and Omnipotent (all powerful). You aren't where You are by accident.
